As a passionate and dedicated advocate, Danielle is building
a practice in all things condo law, from condo development,
corporate governance and providing representation to condo
corporations in court proceedings and dispute resolution.

Since graduating from law school, Danielle has acquired a
strong skill-set in all forms of dispute resolution from
litigation, mediations, arbitrations and negotiations. As a
litigator, who is committed to effective client advocacy,
Danielle is results-driven and attentive to her client’s goals
and needs.

Danielle discovered her interest in condo law while working in
residential real estate where she was exposed to all aspects
of condominium transactions, including new build
condominium sales, preparing condominium documents and
attending closings. Since then, Danielle has built a deeper
understanding and appreciation of the challenges posed by
condominium living as a resident of her own condo. Danielle
continues to be drawn to the diverse issues that span
condominium law from human rights, real property, corporate
law, occupational health and safety, and employment law.
