Our group at Lash Condo Law has been working with our condominium corporation clients to take the first step to implement Electronic Voting and moving away from the use of proxies, even electronic proxies for all owners meetings.
We are so pleased that our first few client AGM’s have gone so smoothly with registration being simple and quorum achieved well in advance of the meeting. Condo managers no longer need to send proxies, register proxies or count proxies. Meetings are shorter, less controversial and more cost effective.
The feedback from owners and owner involvement, has been overwhelmingly positive.
