As a lawyer, condo board member and condo resident, Danielle offers clients her multi-faceted and unique perspective on condominium living. Danielle puts a priority on efficient legal services: she is results-driven, cost-sensitive and attentive to her client’s goals and needs.

Danielle’s practice spans from the early stages of condo development and registration all the way through to condo corporation governance.

Danielle experience includes land acquisition, financing, creation of condominium documents, condominium registration, closings, and advising condo corporations on corporate governance matters, litigation and dispute resolution.

Danielle has written for condominium publications, including CondoVoice and Condo Business and Lash Condo Law blog and has been interviewed by CTV, City News, CBC, and Global. Danielle is often asked to speak at industry events and is a frequent presenter at Lash Condo Law webinars, seminars and guest speaker podcasts.

When she is not working, Danielle enjoys running the hidden trails of Toronto, travelling and discovering the City’s newest restaurants.
