Jake is a partner at Lash Condo Law LLP.

Condominium law is in Jake’s blood. Having worked at a condominium law firm since the age of 18 starting as a summer student, Jake has worked closely with leading lawyers in the industry, allowing him to gain experience beyond his years. Jake is ambitious, resourceful and utilizes his experience to achieve his clients’ goals by using creative, straightforward and cost-effective solutions. The ever-changing nature of the industry and the prospect of being on the forefront of change is what motivates Jake.

Jake is highly experienced in all aspects of condominium law, with a primary focus on corporate matters, including governance issues, contracts and enforcement. He has also become the firm’s leading resource for issues related to electric vehicles and associated infrastructure.

Committed to advancing education within the condominium industry, Jake is actively involved with CAI-Canada, where he has served on its board of directors and completed a term as president. He is frequently invited to speak at industry panels and conferences, including the CAI-Canada Conference, the ACMO/CCI Conference, and The Buildings Show.

Outside of his legal practice, Jake embraces his role as a devoted dog dad and he and his wife are affectionately known in their neighborhood as “Joey and Chili’s parents.”
