As a condominium resident, Sarah understands the multiple facets of condominium living and condominium governance. Sarah is ambitious, driven, and passionate, and provides timely and innovative service to her clients.   

Prior to joining Lash Condo Law as an associate, Sarah earned her J.D. from Western University in London, Ontario, and was called to the Bar in June 2020. Sarah summered and articled at Lash Condo Law when the amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998 came into effect, and was able to quickly and effectively comprehend the changing nature of the condominium industry to address her client’s needs.  

Sarah has developed a keen interest in the firm’s condominium corporation files, as well as condominium development work. Sarah has refined her skillset to provide resourceful and cost-effective solutions to her clients, and frequently advises Boards on a number of issues, including Section 98 agreements, declaration and by-law amendments, short-term rentals, Cannabis, and more. 

Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys cooking, travelling, and exploring the parks of Toronto with her dog, Harvey.
