The unprofessional and money-making practices of the condo board of 135 Hillcrest Ave were made public by CBC Toronto... on May 26 2020. Lash condo law is the legal firm providing services to that board. That speaks volumes of their professionalism. They also send unwarranted notices to residents of this condo and charge the residents an exorbitant fee of more than $500 per notice. This is fleecing and unprofessional.read more

Won't speak to you on the phone, extremely poor customer service. Wrote a letter and refused any effort to further... communicate and get a clarification. They are now threatening to instate a lean against the condo unit. I have called and called asking for clarity on why I am being charged $500 for no reason!!!! I can't believe companies like this get their licenses renewed.read more
